Miley Cyrus’ photo shoot with Vanity Affair is so provocative that when Entertainment Tonight broke the news many people believed it was a hoax .

But today Miley apologized to fans and claimed that she’s embarrassed by the final results of the photographs.

At only fifteen years of age she will appear topless with her chest covered by a blanket she holds.

Some bloggers are calling the picture kiddie porn, others are saying that she’s heading in the direction of celebrities like Lindsay Lohan and Britney Spears. The Vanity Affair photographer Annie Leibovitz, calls them “art .”

One thing is for sure Miley Cyrus sexy pictures are not only creating a huge buzz but also a huge debate. And some are questioning how it is that an underage teen could be put in this position in the first place.

You can watch scenes from the actual photo shoot to see how something innocent can end up turning into the next big scandal.

How come Vanity Fair wasn’t prosecuted for corrupting a minor? How come child protective services didn’t take custody? Look what Texas CPS did to the poor FLDS children based on a phony phone call and no other evidence. At the same time the exploitation by parents of people like Brittney Spears and her sister are just winked at in the media. Seems the media favors debauchery.

    Hi Judy,

No, it definitely doesn’t seem fair does it? Vanity Affair’s editing actually sexualized the photo more than the original, if you watch the video of the photo shoot you’ll see the shot looks fairly innocent. But then they have to take a picture of a fifteen year old and make it into something sleazy in order to sell more magazines. It’s unacceptable.
