Lynda Carter is making headlines this week after she made a gruesome discovery. While she was rowing on the Potomac River in Washington she found the body of a woman , later identified as Helen Johnstone, floating face down.
Carter immediately flagged down nearby boaters who then called paramedics, but they could not revive the woman. Investigators are trying to figure out just how Helen Johnstone ended up in the river.
Lynda Carter, 56, is an actress and singer, famous for her lead role as Wonder Woman in the hit television series. Her latest big career move was in 2005 when she played the role of “Mama Morton” in West End London’s Chicago production which eventually let to a cabaret act tour.

You may need to update your story because the facts keep changing. Now she says she never saw any boaters and that she flagged down some fishermen who called police. Why a near 60 year old woman, by herself, without ANY form of communication is out sculling on what was the WORST weather day in DC history is beyond me?(Google the weather for DC on June 4th 2008) Ms Carter has stated that she always sculls with a friend or relative and never by herself? I have also found connections between the Potomac Boat Club and Helen Johnstone Falk?!!! (In other words these 2 ladies knew each other. The media reports keep changing and telling different stories to meet the facts as released by “authorities”.) This story stinks as much as the Potomac. Also she left without speaking to media then suddenly she gave dozens of statements. The location of where the body was keeps changing. How police were contacted keeps changing…….much more of this story is to follow.
